ANKAI & KINGLONG BUS PROFIT INCREASE ONE THIRD.



October 20, 2015, Jinlong car released third quarter results announcement Letters. Announcement shows that the first three quarters (1--9 months), operating income of 17.395 billion yuan Jinlong cars,(howo truck parts, howo parts) an increase of 16.2%, resulting in operating profit of 648 million yuan, up 153.47 percent surge. Among them, attributable to shareholders of listed companies net profit of 269 million yuan, an increase of 94.89%.

Jinlong car analysis, operating profit, total profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies net profit and basic earnings per share grew, mainly for two reasons, first, revenue grew by 16.2% and gross profit margin grew 3.50 percentage points over the same period last year; the second completion of the acquisition is the issue of Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Xiamen Chong Cheng and transfer 100% stake in Xiamen sea wing Group Finance Co., Ltd. 15% stake, increased profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies net profit of 057 million yuan.

Equity, equity attributable to shareholders of listed companies rose, mainly due to the company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the completion of a specific object of non-public offering 164,141,414 shares, an increase in net assets.

October 20, Anhui Ankai Automobile Co., Ltd. released 2015 third quarter report. The report shows that the third quarter Ankai (7--9 months) Operating income 902 million yuan, down 29.03%; the first three quarters (1--9 months), Ankai cumulative revenues 2.624 billion yuan, down 25.47 percent. In the third quarter, attributable to shareholders of listed companies net profit of 1,428,100 yuan, down 80.63 percent, in the first three quarters of net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies 31.7173 million yuan, an increase of 71.3%.
