(4) Masterpiece: Huawo FM Automobile
In 2003, Sinotruk and Volvo of Sweden established a joint venture Jinan Huawo Truck Co., Ltd., and it was officially put into production the following year. The series models have been exported to the international market since 2007.

In July 2009, Sinotruk and MAN of Germany signed a strategic cooperation agreement. MAN of Germany invested 560 million euros to purchase 25% of the shares of Sinotruk Hong Kong, and Sinotruk Hong Kong invested 90 million euros to introduce the latter to sell well.
